DO I NEED TO BE HOME?No, we understand that you people are busy like us. If you are not able to be there for your scheduled visit, your technician will inform you on how to handle the situation. You will always receive a full work order of any work performed at your house, whether you are present or not.

HOW LONG DOES TREATMENT LAST?Mouse control is an ongoing process, depending on the severity of the infestation and whether they are in your home or around your commercial property. We may come quarterly, monthly, or even weekly. There are a variety of treatment methods for mice, ranging from blocking their access to your home (exclusion), to snap traps or rodent bait. Some situations require external devices, others do not. Your technician will discuss their treatment and frequency recommendation with you when they come for service. HOW LONG DOES THE SERVICE TAKE?The initial inspection will take no longer than an hour and a half for an average job. Multi-Unit properties may take longer. The length and frequency of follow-up treatments will depend on the severity of your issue and the size of the treatment area. 30-minutes is average.
